ASUS has introduced the Zenbook A14 and Zenbook A16 to the UAE market, a pair of ultra-light Copilot+ PCs built on Snapdragon X Elite processors, featuring OLED displays and multi-day battery life. The Zenbook A14 starts from AED 5,499 and the Zenbook A16 from AED 6,999, with both models available now exclusively on the ASUS eShop and across leading retail stores.
The Zenbook A series is positioned at users who require portability and sustained performance across work, study, and creative workflows. Both models are constructed from ASUS Ceraluminum, a proprietary material combining an aluminium base with a ceramic-infused surface finish that ASUS describes as resistant to scratches, wear, and smudges.

Design and build
The Zenbook A14 weighs 990g, making it one of the lightest 14-inch laptops available in the UAE market. The Zenbook A16, despite its larger 16-inch chassis, weighs between 1.1kg and 1.2kg depending on configuration. Both models measure 13.8 to 16.5mm at their thickest point and are available in Zabriskie Beige, with the A14 also offered in Iceland Gray.
Display
The Zenbook A14 features a 14-inch OLED panel with a 1920 x 1200 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 600 nits peak brightness, 100 percent DCI-P3 colour coverage, and DisplayHDR 600 True Black certification.
The Zenbook A16 is available in two display configurations depending on the variant. The higher-specification UX3607OA model carries a 16-inch 3K OLED panel at 2880 x 1800 resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,100 nits peak brightness, 100 percent DCI-P3, DisplayHDR 1000 True Black certification, and optional touch support. The UX3607QA variant uses a 16-inch 2K OLED panel at 1920 x 1200 resolution with a 60Hz refresh rate, 300 nits peak brightness, and 95 percent DCI-P3 coverage. Both models include Dolby Atmos audio, with the UX3607OA featuring a six-speaker system and the UX3607QA a two-speaker configuration.
Performance and AI
Both the Zenbook A14 and the higher-specification Zenbook A16 are powered by the Snapdragon X2 Elite processor with a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU delivering up to 80 TOPS of AI performance. The Zenbook A16 UX3607OA is specifically equipped with the Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme, the flagship variant of the platform. The lower-specification Zenbook A16 UX3607QA uses a Snapdragon X processor. All configurations qualify as Copilot+ PCs under Microsoft’s AI PC certification requirements.
Memory configurations reach up to 32GB LPDDR5X on the Zenbook A14 and the UX3607QA, and up to 48GB LPDDR5X on the UX3607OA. Storage options reach up to 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe on the A14 and up to 2TB on the A16. All memory is soldered on-package and cannot be upgraded after purchase.
Connectivity
Both models include two USB4 ports with full-range charging support from 5V to 20V, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port, one HDMI 2.1 output, and a 3.5mm audio combo jack. The Zenbook A16 also includes an SD card reader. Wireless connectivity on the Zenbook A14 and A16 UX3607OA uses Wi-Fi 7 with Bluetooth 5.4. The A16 UX3607QA uses Wi-Fi 6E with Bluetooth 5.3.
The webcam on both models is an FHD IR camera with 3DNR processing, ambient light sensing, and colour sensor support for Windows Hello facial recognition.
Battery life
The Zenbook A14 is rated for up to 35 hours of battery life from its 70Wh cell, charged via a 100W USB-C adapter. The Zenbook A16 is rated for over 21 hours from the same 70Wh battery, with the UX3607OA charged via a 130W USB-C adapter and the UX3607QA via a 68W adapter.
