Ultimate Thermal Performance

At the center of CyberFlow is a pump designed to operate at up to 3500 RPM, paired with a 32 mm aluminum radiator that expands the available cooling surface. The system is designed as a complete thermal path, from optimized thermal paste at the processor to high pressure airflow through the radiator

Cooling Where It Matters

A magnetic VRM fan adds targeted airflow around the CPU power delivery area. Operating at up to 3500 RPM, it extends the cooling strategy beyond the processor and supports demanding systems where surrounding component airflow matters.

Designed to Make Advanced Cooling Effortless

Preinstalled radiator fans reduce preparation time and simplify installation. A 400 mm tube length supports flexible placement, while compatibility with Intel LGA 1700 and 1851, plus AMD AM4 and AM5, covers current mainstream desktop platforms.

E25 Performance Fans

Every CyberFlow arrives with preinstalled E25 120 mm performance fans. CyberFlow ARGB features E25 ARGB fans, while CyberFlow CORE uses E25 PWM fans. Each fan reaches up to 2700 RPM, delivering 93.12 CFM of airflow and 7.43 mmH2O of static pressure through a durable fluid dynamic bearing.

Designed for Broad Case Compatibility

The 32 mm aluminum radiator increases the available cooling surface while maintaining broad case compatibility. Available in 240 mm and 360 mm formats, CyberFlow also features 400 mm tubing and preinstalled fans to support flexible placement and a more straightforward installation process.

Every CyberFlow cooler is backed by a six year warranty. Coverage for component damage caused by leakage resulting from a product defect is provided according to the applicable warranty terms.

Availability and Pricing

MONTECH CyberFlow ARGB and CyberFlow CORE are scheduled to launch on October 12, 2026. Both series will be available in 240 mm and 360 mm sizes, with black and white color options
